Funny Muffin Friday: A YouTube Rendition of Jingle Bells

Funny Muffin Friday

I have mentioned that Muffin’s favorite Christmas Carol is “Jingle Bells,” haven’t I?  Well, here he is singing his version of his favorite Christmas song.  With a few…variations…in lyrics.  Have fun, y’all!

Oh, and this is the first YouTube video I have ever uploaded…and the first I have ever embedded here.  I hope this works!  (Fingers crossed!)

How do your little ones alter Christmas carols?

The Twelve Days of Christmas in July: On the Fourth Day of Christmas in July…

The Twelve Days of Christmas in July Graphic On the fourth day of Christmas in July, Muffin’s Mama gave to thee… A printable of “Jingle Bells” lyrics to decorate your home so prettily! Did you guess that Muffin’s favorite Christmas carol is “Jingle Bells”?  For months, he’s been singing it as he runs around the house, playing toys, chasing Daisy, and loving life! Watching Christmas (even the Christmas spirit at any time of the year) infuse a child with wonder and delight is a sight to behold.  Even as a child, I don’t think I lived Christmas as much as Muffin does.  It is simply his favorite time of the year. In honor of Muffin’s favorite Christmas movie, tomorrow’s gift will bring you something chocolaty, hot, and groovy.  (Really, there’s not much that rhymes with “movie.”) What is your favorite Christmas movie?

(I know; it’s corny.  But I feel in the Christmasy spirit ever since I planned this series.  And happy.  And hopeful.  And joyful.  And I hope to share that joy and hope and happiness with you.)

Ah, subway art!  This one I totally love because it’s tied to several Christmas carols.

But be sure to come back tomorrow to enjoy…

The favorite Christmas carol of my sweet little boy.

(I know this because he keeps singing it…with a fair amount of fidelity to the lyrics…throughout the year)

What is your favorite Christmas carol?
