Meal Plan Monday

It has been an interesting few weeks.  Muffin turned six last Tuesday!  I can’t believe it!  He had a wonderful birthday and then his first-ever birthday party with friends from his class and neighborhood.

I’m going to keep this MPM brief because I can barely hold my eyes open.  I’m writing this Saturday night, after his birthday party, so I am exhausted.

This week is going to be straight up simple (and almost a cop-out) as Josh is either off work for two days or on-call the rest of the time.

So, here goes…

Saturday:  leftover pizza from the party

Sunday:  Oriental chicken pieces, rice, veg

Monday:  leftover chicken pieces or hot dog

Tuesday:  soup

Wednesday:  Josh off, Josh prepares

Thursday:  Josh off, Josh prepares

Friday:  pizza

Saturday:  sandwiches and chips

Sunday:  stuff from Aldi (going to make an Aldi run)
