I took a longer holiday hiatus than I had planned. I realized (quickly) that I had gotten so far behind in holiday preparations that I had exactly three days to ready for the holidays. Then, the holiday hits just kept coming. I have several posts in mind, so I hope not to leave y’all alone for so long next time. But that will be shared in Wednesday’s We Plan Wednesday post: the resolutions edition.
For now, here is the meal plan for the week. By the end of the week, we will be soooooooo sick of New Year’s leftovers.
Saturday: hot dogs and marshmallows roasted on the fire outside with chips (first date night of the year with Josh after)
Sunday: Chick-Fil-A-style chicken nuggets, fries, carrot sticks and dip
Monday: fajitas (traditional)
Tuesday: quesadillas (made with leftover fajita fixings)
Wednesday: breaky for supper (pancakes and bacon/sausage)
Thursday: leftovers (probably nachos)
Saturday: fried rice and egg rolls
Sunday: casserole or roast of some kind
