Is anyone stressed about getting stuff done for the holidays yet? Anyone?
I thought so. I still have tons to do, including truffles, fruit cake, cookies, cakes…the mind boggles.
So, this week’s meal plan, with Josh’s input, is a no-brainer. A lot of old favorites on the menu. I am also taking advantage of the fact that our new Kroger had pork loins for 99 cents/pound! So, here goes:
Saturday: pork loin with carrots, potatoes, and onions
Sunday: Natchitoches Meat Pies from Our Best Bites (which will appear shortly in the 25 Days of Christmas Goodies)
Monday: spaghetti and meatballs
Tuesday: Taco Tuesday
Thursday: leftovers (possibly on a baked potato) or hot dogs
Friday: pizza grilled cheese
Saturday: jambalaya again 🙂
Sunday: grilled something
